Position Summary

As a junior marketing specialist, you will co-create ads and marketing campaigns, monitor and report their performance and analyze opportunities for improvement. You will support the Marketing Manager in everyday tasks, report the activities of the competition, prepare research, and create marketing content. If you have a fresh mind and bright ideas, you've come to the right place!

Key Responsibilities

• Content creation for mailings, blog posts, and landing pages
• Creating simple graphics
• Research and monitoring of competition
• Developing and executing processes to obtain valuable backlinks
• Taking part in the planning of marketing activities
• Monitoring and optimization of Google Ads performance

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/business/communications or a final-year student of one of these faculties.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience
• Strong initiative and organizational skills
• Great communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and expand their skill set

Preferred Experience

• Advertising: Google Ads
• Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Brand24
• Project Management tools: JIRA, Trello
• Email marketing: Mailchimp
• Graphics: Photoshop, Canva
• Knowledge of SQL and the topic of databases will be an advantage
