It provides detailed information on managing your documents, logical data modeling, physical data modeling, and SQL scripts. There’s also a FAQ section on our site to help you quickly get answers to common questions.
If you cannot find a solution in the FAQs or the documentation, visit our support site at https://support.vertabelo.com/. There’s also a link to it at the bottom of the Vertabelo website:
On the support site, you can ask questions, request or vote for new features, and report problems.
To search for a specific topic, use the search bar at the top of the page. If you haven’t found what you were looking for using search, you can click Add a new one to create a new issue.
You can submit either a public or a private topic. Describe your issue in the space provided and choose the category that best matches your topic. There are four categories to choose from: Ideas, Questions, Bugs, and Praises.
The Help menu in the Vertabelo modeler is another place to get answers. When you open a Vertabelo model, you will find the Help menu on the top menu bar. Click on it to see all the available options. We’ll briefly discuss each option.
The first option is Take application tour. Click on it to see a tutorial on using Vertabelo.
